This series is offered in conjunction with the junior-level course in the Leadership Curriculum, Leadership Seminar Series (LDR 3000). John Bailey, Author
Tuesday 4/15, 12-1pm M218
After helming John Bailey & Associates for 16 years — with a roster of blue-chip clients that included Stroh Brewing, the North American International Auto Show and the Detroit Grand Prix — Bailey sold his firm to Lambert Edwards in 2012 and retired. But retirement became an opportunity to put a career’s worth of wisdom into a book — “The Power of Ownership” — which became available on Amazon.com June 1. Much of the book outlines Bailey’s philosophy that a successful business is less about dog-eat-dog and more about being treated the way you would like to be treated, with honesty and integrity. Please join us for his interesting take on leadership and success!
