An applicant can get credit for selected courses at Lawrence Technological University by taking AP courses, CLEP exams, or IB exams in high school. If you would like to know how/if specific credit will apply to your intended major, you can reference the corresponding flowchart.
The student who participates in an AP course must take the exam and obtain the minimum score for college credit to be earned. Our AP Guidelines shows which AP courses are eligible for college credit and what the minimum AP test score must be to earn credit.
For students who are planning on take any of the CLEP (College Level Examination Program) exams
For students who are in schools that have an IB curriculum. Credit is based from the International Baccalaureate (IB) exams.
