I have been an Adjunct Faculty member at Lawrence Technological University since 1994, and I have taught for the departments of Electrical & Computer Engineering, Math & Computer Science, Humanities, and Technology. My primary focus is Embedded Systems, Software Engineering, and Control Systems. During this time, along with developing course material and teaching, I have also been actively involved in helping to improve various curricula and mentoring various student activities. Outside of LTU I have been engaged in the industry of developing real-time embedded software/systems for automotive and industrial applications since 1987. I currently hold the position of Staff Software Engineer in the Advanced Engineering group at Panasonic Automotive Systems, Vehicle Audio and Infotainment Systems. In this role, I am involved in defining software product-line architecture and developing software to meet the evolving needs for advanced audio and infotainment products. I am also involved in various inter-departmental teams for developing various areas of technology and for organizational cprocess improvement.
