e-Learning Support Overview

Provide assistance with and instruction in the use and implementation of campus-wide software applications, including Blackboard, Wimba, Classroom Presenter, and associated tools.  Assist offices and departments in the development and implementation of support programs for discipline-specific software applications.
 

  • Provide second-level support through the Help Desk for campus-wide applications
  • Coordinate with ITSD third-level support for campus-wide applications
  • Plan and conduct individual, department, and campus-wide training sessions
  • Coordinate the implementation of new and upgraded campus-wide applications
  • Consult on the development and use of other eLearning tools and resources
